Vivian Gies
Vivian has over 15 years of working experience at Status Plus BV. Back in 2005, she started her company-career with the final internship for her Study Facility Management at the Saxion University in Deventer.
It soon appeared that Vivian was a hardworking, independent person with an impeccable eye for detail. Within a short period of time she became a well-respected and irreplaceable team member. The logical outcome was that Vivian was offered a job as a meeting assistant after earning her bachelor degree in business administration — an offer she gladly accepted.
During the past 15 years she has been working with Status Plus in a wide variety of activities for meetings all over the world, varying from Cairo to Las Vegas and from Sao Paulo to Beijing. Therefore, it can be truly said that Vivian is one of the most experienced and globally oriented meeting managers.
Vivian is responsible for all major meetings Status Plus organizes for its international clients. She prides herself in exceeding expectations when it comes to program, education, financial and exhibition management. Vivian’s experience and knowledge, her continuous drive and her dedication towards all clients, are highly valued.
In a rapidly changing meeting environment where virtual meetings have become the standard in a very short period of time, Vivian has been perfectly able to adjust and to transition herself into one of the experts within the Status Plus-team as far as it concerns these virtual and hybrid events.
Vivian is the proud mother of two boys and together with her husband she lives in Kortenhoef, the Netherlands.

Thierry Boutard
To keep up with the ever-expanding activities of the company, Thierry recently reinforced the IT-development team.
After a period of trying out different studies and occupations, Thierry finally found something that he was really passionate about; programming. This newfound passion drove him to excel in his study, racing through a program that was supposed to take 3 years to finish in only 2. Not too long after receiving his diploma, he joined the Status Plus team.
Thierry aims to not only make a great contribution to the team but also to keep learning and improving in his craft. Seeing his creations work well is something that he gets his fulfillment from, to make something awesome with great people.
Recently, in the rapidly changing environment where virtual meetings have become the standard, Thierry has developed a new (and unexpected) skill. Executing and guiding the virtual meetings that Status Plus has been organizing for its clients, ensuring that the technicalities of these virtual platforms are well taken care of and making sure that both the viewer as well as the faculty-members have a smooth user experience.
In his free time, Thierry enjoys playing video- and board games, listening to music, visiting concerts, playing soccer and going out with friends.

Siobhan Murphy-Boyd
Siobhan was born in Montreal, Canada, but spent much of her life in a small canyon outside Los Angeles. At 18, she moved to San Francisco, where she received her BA in Psychology. While she continued to be passionate about studying social sciences, she felt she needed a better understanding of how healthcare access and quality influence individuals on a day-to-day basis, so came an MBA in Healthcare Management. Shortly after completing her master’s, she moved to Amsterdam, where she lived for nearly two years, working at the Dutch fintech company Mollie. With much of her family still in Los Angeles, Siobhan returned to LA during the Coronavirus pandemic. It was there that she began working for a non-profit that focused on health equity in underserved communities. Her role as a project and vaccination system coordinator allowed her unique insight into the needs of the patients and illuminated the importance of high-quality, affordable healthcare. During that period, she was exposed to the limitations of the current healthcare model and the disproportionate impact it has on low-income populations, which motivated her to pursue a second master’s, this one in Social Policy. In 2022, she began an MSc program at Trinity College in Dublin. Upon graduation in June 2023, Siobhan decided to move back to Amsterdam in hopes of finding work in an equally fast-paced and fulfilling organization. With great admiration for the work being performed by international non-profits, she believes that her work with Status Plus will allow her to support and contribute to their powerful impact on the international community.
